Types of cookies used
- Technical session cookie: Laravel's session cookie, necessary to browse the site, submit the contact form and, for the site owner only, to sign in to the backoffice.
- CSRF protection cookie: a technical cookie used to protect forms from cross-site request forgery.
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise: used to protect the contact form from spam and automated abuse. It sets technical cookies and sends data to Google to compute an anti-abuse risk score.
This site does not use analytics tools, or advertising or marketing pixels, and does not set any cookie for advertising or marketing profiling purposes.
Third-party video players
Some blog articles may embed a YouTube (privacy-enhanced "no-cookie" mode) or Vimeo video player. These embeds only load when you open an article that includes one, and the respective provider may then set its own technical cookies needed to play the video. No such embed is loaded on the rest of the site.
Cookie duration
The session cookie lasts for the duration of your visit and is deleted automatically once the session expires or the browser is closed.
Managing cookies
You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some site features (such as the contact form) may stop working correctly. More information on managing cookies is available at aboutcookies.org.
No profiling, no consent banner
Since this site does not use profiling cookies of its own or from third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, no consent banner is required.
Updates
This cookie policy may be updated if the services used or the applicable regulations change. Last updated: 02/07/2026.
